Housing Alert – Companies that phone, fax or email attendees and exhibitors claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms are commonly referred to as “housing pirates” or “housing bandits.” These companies, frequently based out of Las Vegas and go by names such as Exposition Housing, Expo Housing Group, Convention Housing, Global Housing Corp, etc., are not affiliated with IANA.

To support our host city of Long Beach, demonstrate effective practices in room block management, and keep registration fees lower, the Intermodal EXPO Planning Team encourages attendees to book within the official Intermodal EXPO housing block below. We cannot guarantee room rates or availability by any other company or representative. The housing block for EXPO closes on August 8th, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST. After this date, the IANA room rates will no longer be available and hotels may be sold out.
If you would like to create a sub-block, 10 room nights per night for at least 3 days during EXPO show dates, please contact Victoria Washburn at vwashburn@intermodal.org. The deadline for sub-block requests is June 16, 2025.
