• How do I reset my password?

Click here and follow the instructions.

• What is the status of my company’s membership?

Your company’s membership expiration date is viewable at the top of your profile. Renewal invoices are issued at the beginning of the month in which the membership expires.

• How do I pay an invoice?

Log in to the Member Center with your email and password. To (re)set a password, click here and follow the instructions.

Under My IANA Profile, click Pay Your Invoices.

Click on the invoice number.

Click ADD TO CART and proceed through the payment process.
