IANA Elects 2022 Board of Directors and Officers

CALVERTON, MD, January 5, 2022 — On January 1, 2022, the Intermodal Association of North America installed its 2022 Board of Directors and Officers, welcoming two new members: Christopher Brach, senior vice president and general manager of Clipper Exxpress Co. DBA Radiant Clipper, along with Donna Lemm, chief commercial officer of IMC Companies.

Dr. Noel Hacegaba, deputy executive director of the Port of Long Beach, was re-elected chairman of the board. Hacegaba joined the Port in 2010 and in his current role, is responsible for managing its day-to-day administrative and operating functions.

“Dr. Hacegaba’s leadership skills were an asset to IANA and to the industry in 2021,” said IANA President and CEO Joni Casey. “As we continue to face ongoing intermodal network challenges, we welcome his and the other Directors’ insight and expertise.”

Shelli Austin, president of InTek Freight & Logistics Inc. and Tom Williams, group vice president, consumer products at BNSF Railway, were re-elected as vice chairman and treasurer, respectively.

Continuing members of the Board of Directors are Trevor Ash, CIE Manufacturing, Inc.; Shelli Austin, InTek Freight & Logistics Inc.; Michael Burton, C&K Trucking, LLC; Robert A. Cannizzaro, Virginia International Terminals, Inc.; Douglas Hoehn, Milestone Equipment Holdings; Tim Humbert, C.H. Robinson; Maryclare Kenney, CSX Transportation; Kevin Lhotak, Reliable Transportation Specialists, Inc.; and Barbara Melvin, South Carolina Ports Authority.
