IANA, NITL and TIA Offer Practical Education Sessions in Anaheim
Diverse, Insightful Learning Program Benefits All Levels of Freight Transportation Professionals
Calverton, MD—The Intermodal Association of North America (IANA), The National Industrial Transportation League (NITL), and the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) have assembled a diverse and practical educational program for freight transportation professionals attending America’s premier freight transportation event – the co-located 2005 IANA Intermodal Expo and NITL TransComp.
This year's exciting seminars begin with the popular Issues Forum series that addresses emerging challenges and current topics that affect all modes and sectors of the freight transportation industry. Over the next two days, there will be a total of 12 additional no-nonsense sessions. They touch on many timely industry concerns; following is a brief rundown of the educational sessions that are being offered to attendees this year:
The Joy of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
- Illustrates the practical implications of SOX, how its implementation has impacted the supply chain, and how new requirements may impact your company in the future

The co-located 2005 IANA Intermodal Expo and NITL TransComp will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California on November 12-15, 2005. IANA and NITL will also hold their annual membership meetings in conjunction with the event while TIA will conduct its fall meeting. In addition to the useful educational sessions and issues forums, there will also be stimulating joint session speakers and excellent networking opportunities for attendees, along with a tradeshow floor overflowing with equipment, technology, and services.
